Institute Directorate

In formal terms, the IWP-HSG operates as a "largely independent institute affiliated with the University of St. Gallen, lacking its own legal personality." Despite this independence, it is seamlessly integrated into the committees of the HSG. The "Executive Committee" serves as the de facto Board of Directors for the institute. Both the Institute Directorate and the Executive Committee jointly oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the IWP-HSG.
