Director
is a professor of Business Education and has been Director of the Institute for Business Education and Educational Management (IWP-HSG) since 2015. As Academic Director of the Centre for Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (HDZ-HSG) at the University of St.Gallen, she is responsible for the university's teaching and learning programmes and advises and supports lecturers.

She supports and advises schools, vocational schools and higher education institutions on curriculum development and the design of competence-oriented learning, teaching and examination settings.

He is head of the Assessment Year and the Start Week at the University of St.Gallen. He is a member of the Directorate of the Institute of Business Education at the University of St.Gallen.
