The Institute of Business Education and Educational Management (IWP-HSG) is an internationally orientated and locally anchored department at the University of St.Gallen.
The sustainable promotion of education in business and society is our core task. We understand this to mean education that enables every person to fulfil their potential, actively participate in their environment and help shape it.
Our work focuses on the design of teaching and learning processes, school and education management, and the processes and structures of education systems. As the basis of our commitment, we analyse current developments and framework conditions in educational practice and deal with the latest scientific findings.
